All items sold on Modnique.com are 100% brand new and authentic. We stand by this guarantee. All items sold on the site are sold by Modnique.com and not by individual sellers.

Modnique offers short duration (36-72 hours) sale events of specific brands, such as Ed Hardy, ST Dupont, Maurice Lacroix, and others, to its members. Customers can save up to 85% and sometimes more while purchasing authentic and brand new items.

4. Will I be charged to be a member?
Unlike some other private sale sites, we will never ever charge you for being a member of our site.

We offer authentic and brand new products from leading designer brands. You will find products such as apparel, shoes, accessories, jewelry, home goods, and many others, as well as service such as SPA packages and event tickets.

6. Are your items authentic?
All items are 100% authentic and brand new. How can we be so sure? We usually buy our inventory directly from manufacturers.

7. What are the shipping options?
USA Pricing - US orders will be shipped by FedEx smartpost. For orders under $500, shipping is $7.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item. For orders over $500, shipping is $11.95 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item. Shipping for home electronics, housewares, and artwork is $11.95 + $1.95 for each additional item.

Worldwide Pricing - Worldwide shipping fees vary depending on the product purchased, shipping location, and shipping service selected. Fees will range from $10.95 to $55 for the first item, and from $1.95 to $4.95 for each additional item. Please add your item to cart and chose a shipping method to get the most accurate shipping fee.

Locations - We ship to all countries included on our registration form. This includes USA, Canada, Australia, and most other countries.

Delivery Days - Your orders will be shipped by FedEx smartpost or your local post office if you select international FIMS shipping service. FedEx normally takes up to 3-4 business days to deliver within continental US, and up to 8 business days to HI, AK, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico,and other territories. Shipping speed outside of USA varies by your selection of shipping services. Please refer to the delivery estimates provided at checkout when you select your preferred shipping service.

Tracking - You will receive an Email withtracking instructions as soon as we ship your package. You can also track your orders here. Note that if you chose FIMS to ship your package outside of USA, you will receive tracking updates only from the time your order is shipped to when it reaches a sorting facility in New Jersey. Don't be alarmed if you see your international package as delivered in New Jersey. Once it goes through Fedex sorting, it will be delivered to you by your local postal office (Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc).

Safety - Your items will be safely packaged and insured. They will be delivered to your residence, office, or PO Box.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - Please note that it takes up to 10 to 14 business days for us to order and receive your items from designers after the sale event ends. Please refer to the product description to get an accurate estimate of when you will receive your package.


8. What is your Return Policy?
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. You will have 30 business days to return your items from the day that they were shipped out to you. The ship date can be found on the shipping box label or in your shipment confirmation email.

We will issue store credit equal to the invoice amount (including taxes, shipping, and merchandise cost paid at checkout). That is, you will get 100% of your purchase value in store credit that you can use to buy other items at Modnique.com.

We will accept all items that have not been used.


9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard credit card payments, including VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.
