If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you will have 30 days to return the item(s) from the day it was shipped to you. The ship date can be found on the shipping box label, in your shipment confirmation email, or in your account.
Items indicated as Final Sale are non-refundable and are ineligible for return. Items indicated as Store Credit Only can only be refunded to store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
We will only accept items that have not been used and/or worn, with no odors of any sort, and must be in sellable condition. Items eligible for return must be returned with all original packaging and materials (security tags, item tags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.). Swimwear and undergarments are final sale items and cannot be returned. If your item is shipped with a Modnique security tag, it must be returned intact. Items received in non-sellable condition will be shipped back to sender.
To return your item(s), please follow these instructions:
a) Log in to your Modnique.com account using your email address and password
b) Go to 'My Account' and click on Returns. You will be able to select the item(s) you have purchased. If not, please contact Customer Service via phone or email and provide them with your sales order number.
c) If applicable, select your refund type: store credit or payment method, as well as the reason for return. If the item is damaged, it will go through an inspection process before being refunded.
Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your returned package arrives to complete the refund process. **We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a service that offers tracking.
Note: Unfortunately, promotional credits and coupons are for one-time use only and are non-refundable.
All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA) to be accepted.
You can easily create your RMA number online:
a) Log in to your Modnique.com account with your email and password
b) Go to "My Account" and click on "Returns". Select the item(s) you have purchased. After 30 days from the date of shipment, you will not be able to view these items and they will not be accepted if returned back to our warehouse.
c) Select your refund type: store credit or refund to payment method (including taxes, merchandise cost and shipping *if shipping is deemed refundable).
d) Please include all original packaging and materials (such as price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions) otherwise your refund may be delayed or we may not be able to process the return and have to send it back to you.
e) Please obtain a valid RMA number prior to sending your return back to us and write the RMA number on the outside of the return box. Please ship to the attention of the Returns department at the following address:

We offer a 30 day return policy from the time that the item was shipped out from our warehouse. The ship date can be found on the shipping box label or in your shipment confirmation email.
When creating your return online, US and Canadian customers may have the option to select a free return label if you choose to have your item refunded as store credit. If you do not want astore credit refund, you still have the option to select a return label for a small fee that is deducted from your returns refund. Customers outside of the US and Canada and those who do not want to use a return label are asked to send the items back at their cost. Canadian orders returned with a Modnique-issued shipping label may experience a slight delay while the return is transported across the CA-US border to the main Redondo Beach facility where refunds are issued.
Your packages are fully covered.
Please make sure to ship back with a service that offers tracking or delivery confirmation (ask your local Post Office). The shipper will provide you instructions to track the status of your return package.
As soon as we receive your returned package, we will inspect it and issue return credits. This should take no longer than 3-5 business days after receiving the package.
Return credits expire in 12 months. So you have a year to find a replacement before the credit expires.
Unfortunately, once a sale event ends, we are unable to offer the item you wish to exchange for because it may not be in stock.We suggest returning the item and then, checking to see if that same sale event comes back on the site. You may request a store credit for the returneditem that you can use on your next purchase. If this doesn't answer your question please contact us.
If you decide to return an additional item, please also create an RMA number for your additional item and an additional return shipping label if you would like to use a return label. Items with different RMA numbers cannot be shipped together with a pre-printed label but can be returned together if you are sending it back at your own cost, with both RMAs written on the outside of the return box.
