    Modnique offers short duration (36-72 hours) sale events of specific brands, such as Ed Hardy, ST Dupont, Maurice Lacroix, and others, to its members. Customers can save up to 85% and sometimes more while purchasingauthentic and brand new items.

    Unlike some other private sale sites, we will never ever charge you for being a member of our site.

  • 7. What are the shipping options?

    USA Pricing - U.S. orders will be shipped for FREE on orders of $149.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. This applies to all orders, not just your first one. U.S. orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost, and delivered by your local Post Office. Items won via Bidz auction will be subject to regular shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping.

    Worldwide Pricing - Orders shipping to Canada and Australia will be charged $4.99 on orders of $149.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. Orders outside of the U.S., Australia and Canada will be charged starting at $9.99 on orders of $149.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. This applies to all orders, not just your first one. Items won via Bidz auction will be subject to regular shipping charges and do not qualify for $4.99 or $9.99 shipping.

    Locations - We ship to all locations included on our membership registration form. This includes USA, Canada, Australia and most other countries.

    Delivery Days - For continental U.S., orders will be shipped by FedEx Smartpostto your local post office. FedEx takes approximately 3-4 business days from the day it is shipped for your order to deliver (not from the date of purchase). As for HI, AK, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, and other territories within the U.S, it takes approximately 8 business days to deliver from the day of shipment.

    If you have selected FedEx International Mail Service (FIMS), your order will take approximately 3-4 weeks to deliver. FIMS takes 3-4 weeksto deliver after we have shipped it because itgets processed in a holding facility in New Jersey. Once it passes through customs, it gets delivered to your local post office.

    If you have selected Landmark Global Shipping, your orderdeliverytimewill vary depending on where the order is shipped. Orders shipping to Canada via Landmark Global will take up to9business days from the day your package is shipped (may vary due to customs processing). Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. You will receive a door-to-door tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. Orders shipping to Australia via Landmark Global will take up to 8 business days from the day your package is shipped (may vary due to customs processing). Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. You will get a door-to-door tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

    Tracking - You will receive an Email with tracking instructions as soon as we ship your package. You can also track your orders here. Note that if you chose FIMS to ship your package outside of USA, you will receive tracking updates only from the time your order is shipped to when it reaches a sorting facility in New Jersey.Don't be alarmed if you see your international package as delivered in New Jersey. Once it goes through FedEx sorting, it will be delivered to you by your local postal office (Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, etc).

    Safety - Your items will be safely packaged and insured. They will be delivered to your residence, office, or PO Box.

    MOST IMPORTANTLY - Please note that it takes up to 10 to 17 business days for us to order and receive your items from designers after the sale event ends. Please refer to the product description to get an accurate estimate of when you will receive your package.

  • 8. What is your Return Policy?

    If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you will have 30 days to return the item(s) from the day it was shipped to you. The ship date can be found on the shipping box label, in your shipment confirmation email, or in your account.

    Items indicated as Final Sale are non-refundable and are ineligible for return. Items indicated as Store Credit Only can only be refunded to store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

    We will only accept items that have not been used and/or worn, with no odors of any sort, and must be in saleable condition. Items eligible for return must be returned withall original packaging and materials (security tags, item tags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.). If your item is shipped with a Modnique security tag, it must returned intact. Items received in non-saleable condition will be shipped back to sender.

    To return your item(s), please follow these instructions:

    a) Log in to your Modnique.com account using your email address and password

    b) Go to 'My Account' and click on Returns. You will be able to select the item(s) you have purchased. If not, please contact Customer Service via phone or email and provide them with your sales order number.

    c) If applicable, select your refund type: store credit or payment method, as well as the reason for return. If the item is damaged, it will go through an inspection process before being refunded.

    Please allow 3-5 business days from the date your returned package arrives to complete the refund process. **We strongly recommend shipping your returned package with a service that offers tracking.

    NOTE: Unfortunately, promotional credits and coupons are for one-time use only and are non-refundable.

  • 9. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept standard credit card payments, including VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.
