• 1. What is a sale event?

  Modnique.com sells designer merchandise through sale events. Each event is time restricted and usually lasts from 36 to 72 hours. Each event is dedicated to a single brand, for example Puma apparel. Items offered during a sale event will not reappear on our site at some other point in time. So if you like those shoes, get them before somebody else does!

• 2. How long does a sale last?

  Each sale lasts from 36 to 72 hours. Occasionally we may offer longer or shorter duration events.

• 3. What is a sale start?

  Sale start is when you can view which items are available for sale and start buying them.

• 4. When does a sale start?

  Sales events usually start at 6am PST/ 9am EST.

• 7. What does it mean when an item is "in member's cart"?

  Each sale event has a limited amount of items available. An item is "in member's cart" if another member has added the last available item of a particular product to her cart. Keep in mind that members can only keep an item in their shopping carts without purchasing it for 30 minutes. If they complete the purchase within fifteen minutes, the item status will change to "Sold". If they do not complete the purchase, the item will become available again.

• 8. Is there a limit to how many items I can buy?

  Our inventory is limited, so yes, there is a limit of how many items you can buy. This limit will vary. Sometimes we will also limit the number of items a member can buy due to restrictions by brand name owners. This is intended to prevent resellers from purchasing the entire inventory in bulk.

• 9. Why are some sale events not available in my state?

  Our brand name partners may ask us to restrict sale events to certain states. Please refer to the sale event information page to learn if the sale is available in your state. We will always try to make sure that each sale eventis available to all states.

• 10. What does Retail Price mean?

  The retail price displayedon our items represents either the manufacturer's suggestedretail price (MSRP) or prices that you would buy these items for at your department storeand other online stores.
