  • 1. Do you charge sales tax?

    We charge 9% in sales tax on purchases that are shipped to California and 7% in sales tax for purchases shipped to Rhode Island. We also charge sales tax for shipments to New York and Pennsylvania. Tax rates for New York vary and depend on the county your package is shipped to. The Pennsylvania sales tax rate is 6%. By law, a 1% tax is added to purchases shipped to Allegheny County, and 2% is added to purchases shipped to Philadelphia. Individual sales tax rates will be displayed at checkout, before confirming your order.

We will not be able to cancel your order completely after the sale event ends, but we will be able to offer store credit in exchange for your item.

    You can find the shopping cart either by clicking on the link "Shopping Cart" in the header or footer of our site.

  • 7. How do I remove an item from my cart?

    Click on the "Delete" button next to each item in your shopping cart to remove it.

  • 8. How do I add more quantity of the same item to cart?

    You will notice a quantity box next to the item in your shopping cart. Select the quantity that you want to buy and click on "Update" to update your shopping cart.

  • 9. What payment methods do you accept?

  • 10. Do you accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, or Western Union payments?

    We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Why not? Because these payment methods take longer to clear, they would delay our ability to order the merchandise from manufacturers and ship it to you as soon as possible.

  • 11. What is a short-shipment?

    Occasionally we may not be able to deliver your order.This may happen because the item was damaged in the process or because the merchandise owner under supplied us. It is one of our highest priorities to prevent this from happening. If it ever does, we will try to make up to you by offering store credit.

  • 12. How long can I keep an item in my shopping cart before completing the purchase?

    Please complete your order within 30 minutes after adding it to cart. Why do we have the 30 minute limit? Since we have limited inventory we want to make sure that everybody who is interested in an item gets the chance to purchase it.
