  • 1. If I buy from multiple sale events, will everything be shipped together?

    As long as your items have been placed on the same sales order, they will be shipped together regardless of when the sale event ends. For example, if you buy a watch from asale event that ends four days before the sale event of another item, we will NOT ship them separately. We will wait until all sale events have ended to ship the order. Please keep in mind, that Modnique does not carry all items in stock. Your order will not ship until all items are received from vendors.

  • 2. Can I add an item or make changes to anorder after I have already paid for it?

    Unfortunately, once the order is submitted, it is not possible to combine or edit items (color,size, or quantity) for shipping into the same package. However,you may call CustomerService to cancel the particular item or entire sales order and attempt to purchase the correct item(s) if it is still available on Mondnique.com.

  • 3. What are the shipping options?

    USA Pricing - U.S. orders will be shipped for FREE on orders of $99.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. This applies to all orders, not just your first one. U.S. orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost, and delivered by your local Post Office. Items won via Bidz auction will be subject to regular shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping. Orders that do not meet the shipping promotion requirement will be charged handling for each additional item. Total shipping charges will be shown on the final checkout page.

    Worldwide Pricing - Orders shipping to Canada will be charged $4.99 on orders of $99.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. Orders shipping to Australia will be charged $7.99 on orders of $99.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. Orders shipping to Mexico will be charged $5.99, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. Orders outside of the U.S., Australia, Mexico and Canada will be charged starting at $9.99 on orders of $99.00 or more, if you are registered to receive Modnique daily emails. This applies to all orders, not just your first one. Items won via Bidz auction will be subject to regular shipping charges and do not qualify for $4.99 or $9.99 shipping. Orders that do not meet the shipping promotion requirement will be charged handling for each additional item. Total shipping charges will be shown on the final checkout page.

    Locations -We ship to all locations included on our membership registration form. This includes USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico and most other countries. **Please note that customers are responsible for ALL customs and duty fees. For more information please contact your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions.

    Delivery Days - For continental U.S., orders will be shipped by FedEx Smartpost to your local post office. FedEx takes approximately 5-8 business days from the day it is shipped for your order to deliver (not from the date of purchase). NOTE: You may experience a delay in delivery during peak seasons.

    If you have selected International Expedited Parcel Service, your order will take approximately 2 to 10 business days to deliver. Packages will be delivered to you by your local post office.

    We will collect Duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) associated with importing for orders above $20 (approximately) shipping to Western Europe via International Expedited Parcel Service. We offer this as a service so that your package is not held up at customs and you get your items as quickly as possible. You will not pay additional duties or fees upon delivery.

    If you have selected Landmark Global Shipping, your order delivery time will vary depending on where the order is shipped. Orders shipping to Canada via Landmark Global will take up to 9 business days from the day your package is shipped (may vary due to customs processing). Your order will be delivered by Canada Post. You will receive a door-to-door tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. Orders shipping to Australia via Landmark Global will take up to 8 business days from the day your package is shipped (may vary due to customs processing). Your order will be delivered by Australia Post. You will get a door-to-door tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

    Tracking - You will receive an Email with tracking instructions as soon as we ship your package. You can also track your orders here.

    Safety - Your items will be safely packaged and insured. They will be delivered to your residence, office, or PO Box.

    MOST IMPORTANTLY - Please note that it takes up to 10 to 17 business days for us to order and receive your items from designers after the sale event ends. Please refer to the product description to get an accurate estimate of when you will receive your package.

  • 4. Where do you ship?

    We ship to all countries included on our registration form. This includes USA, Canada, Australia, and most other countries.

  • 5. Are packages insured?

    Your packages are fully covered.

  • 6. Why does it take 10-17 business days to ship the order?

    To offer the lowest possible prices to you, we buy directly from manufacturers only after a sale event ends. The manufacturers then send us all the orders, which we repackage and ship to you. This does delay the delivery of your orders but it lowers our expenses which we extend to you as savings. Occasionally, we receive merchandise from the manufacturer before a sale event ends. In this case, we will ship your order right away.

  • 7. When will I get my order?

    Please log into "My Account" and go to "My Orders" to see the latest status of your order.

    We will usually ship your product within 10-17 business days after it was placed after the sale event ends. Often times the shipping timeframe is faster. For delivery estimates, please refer to the product description.

  • 8. Where can I track my package?

    You can trackyour orders by going to "My Account" and "My Orders".

  • 9. Why can I not ship my items overnight?

    This option is not provided at checkout, but depending on your location, we may be able to accommodate this request. Please contact customer service for more details.

  • 10. Can I ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we ship to PO boxes and we proudly serve APO/FPO addresses.

  • 11. Can I have multiple shipping addresses?

    Please call us at 1-888-857-8557 to add alternative shipping addresses. To make sure that you have safest shopping experience possible, we take the extra step to verify shipping addresses that differ from billing address. We appreciate your understanding.
