• 1. How does the Tell-a-Friend program work?

  We want to reward you with store credits for inviting your friends to shop at Modnique.com. For a limited time only, you will receive a referral credit equaling 10% of the merchandise amount for the first friend who signs up with Modnique after clicking on your referral link within 30 days. Store credits will be issued once the package ships. We reserve the right to review and reject store credit if members of the same household refer each other, or if one member opens multiple accounts.

• 2. How do I invite friends?

  Current members need to: 1) log in with their email and password, 2) click on My Credits, 3) copy and paste the Personal Invite Link into the message of the email, 4) enter friends email address, 5) click on Send Invitation. Your friends must sign up by clicking on the link, "Accept My Invitation," provided in the email sent by you. That is the only way you will be able to earn referral credits through them. Once their order has shipped, you will then be able to see the referral credit reflect on your Modnique.com account.

• 3. What is a personal invite link?

  You can invite your friends by going to this page. You will be able to invite them by email, Facebook posts, twitter tweets, blog posts, and many other ways. Please note that your friends have to sign up through your referral links that we will insert into your messages through our tell-a-friend application, or by entering your email as invitation code. Otherwise, we would not know that you referred those customers to us.

• 4. What is the store credit?

  The personal invite link can be found when you click on "My Credits." You will them come to a page that says, "Give exclusive membership access to friends & earn unlimited credits." Your personal invite link will be displayed towards the bottom of the page. You can copy and paste this link into emails, blogs, or Facebook. Friends must click on this link in order for us to verify that you are the one that referred them to Modnique.com.

• 5. Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite and receive credits?

  There is no limit whatsoever for friends who live outside of your home. If you are able to get in front of a TV audience and a 1,000 people will sign up, we will credit you for everyone that becomes a buyer. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more info.

• 6. Does store credit expire?

  Store credit expires in 6 months after you receive it. So you have six months to find the deal you like at Modnique.com.

• 7. Where/how can I redeem store credits?

  You can use them at Modnique.com for purchases. A maximum of $200 in store credits can be applied towards a single purchase.

• 8. Where can I track my invitations and store credits?

  You can do that by goingto "My Credits" at the top of the site.

• 9. What is a personal invite link?

  When you invitefriends through our tell-a-friend page,we will insert a linkwith your referral code into your message to friends. Your friends will be able to sign up with Modnique only after clicking on that link or by entering your email address as invite code. This way we will know that you are the one who referred them to Modnique.com.
